Mental health is just as important as physical health, and mental health first aid training can help you learn how to identify, understand, and support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. We can train people to recognise common mental health problems, how to provide initial help to someone experiencing a mental health problem using a practical, evidence based Action Plan, and how to respond in a crisis situation.
Darren Clark is the owner of Workplace Alive and Well Training . Darren has previously held the Chief of Staff role for a Federal Member, CEO of Police and Community Youth Clubs in Tasmania and an Industrial Relations Officer for the Australian Manufacturing Union.
